  Welcome to our website!  Our Missouri Ozarks Cottage Vacation Rentals and Cabin here in Southeast, MO are available for your family to rent for their best vacation ever!  We are located in Black near Lesterville for floating and canoeing the Black River. Since we are only 2 hours from St Louis you can have a great country vacation without spending LOTS of gas money.

	Outside the COTTAGE door there is a gently flowing creek.   When staying in the Cottage, Annex or Cabin you can hear birds sing melodious tunes and the frogs announce that spring has arrived as you sit out on the deck or porch and take in the scenery and beauty. You may see hawks, squirrels, rabbits, deer, coyotes, turkeys and maybe even site an eagle.
Cows and horses graze in the nearby pastures.        Take a walk down the road with just the starry sky and full moon to light your way! There are lots of woods to explore and as you hike these hills you come upon creeks and springs.

	"Back in the 50's and early 60's my uncle from Bismarck and I fished many of the clear streams in your area for small mouth bass. We particularly liked Strother Creek. We would wade and fish from where it runs into the Black River up to the old swimming hole. Then we would fish upstream to where the creek crossed the road." Mr. Cox- Kansas
Fish caught in our lake.   Play, swim or fish at our favorite spot along Strother Creek where crystal clear, clean waters flow. We call it *Grandma's Creek! Enjoy beautiful private river frontage. In the evenings relax around a campfire where you will hear the whip-poor-wills sing and the owls call out.	Family fun in our crystal clear river front area.

When you rent our COTTAGE the children can let their imaginations soar as they play Laura from Little House or Daniel Boone in our rustic child's cabin playhouse or as they explore our special closet filled with dress-up clothes for girls and boys, cowboys and cowgirls alike.

 

In the COTTAGE, ANNEX and CABIN there are dolls, and dishes, classic toys, books, board games, trucks and cars and more!
